Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Archive 24. Every order is carefully prepared and shipped from our studio with intention and care.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During launch periods or holidays processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Carrier

We ship our international orders with DHL to ensure secure and reliable delivery. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs and Duties 

The price at the checkout is the final price. There will not be any additional tariffs due after the checkout is complete.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with DHL to investigate.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always assist in resolving delivery issues as best as we can.
