DUTIES AND TAXES
We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model, meaning all applicable import taxes and duties are calculated and included upfront.
This means:
- No unexpected charges or fees when your order arrives
- All customs duties and taxes are included in your order total
- You'll see the final price before completing your purchase
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items ship separately from in-stock items. Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We get it - sometimes minds (and hearts) change.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@archive-24.com with your order number. If your piece hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it in time. Please note that refunds for cancelled orders are issued less the non-refundable payment processing fees charged by Shopify.
Once it's on its way, changes and cancellations unfortunately won’t be possible.
Returns and Exchanges
RETURNS
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window: We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your item. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all accompanying materials.

YOUR REFUND OPTIONS
Store Credit: Receive 100% of your order value as Archive 24 store credit — no deductions, no waiting. Credit is issued within 2 business days of us receiving your return and never expires.
Original Payment Method: We're happy to process a refund to your original payment method. As a small independent brand shipping globally from our studio in Singapore, the true cost of return logistics is significant. Rather than building this into our product prices, we deduct the return shipping cost directly from your refund — keeping our pricing honest for everyone.
Return shipping fees:
- United States: USD 120
- Rest of World: USD 60
How Returns Work: Once your return is approved, we'll issue a prepaid DHL return label via email. No need to arrange your own shipping — simply pack your item securely and drop it at your nearest DHL point. The label cost is deducted automatically if you've chosen a payment method refund, or waived entirely with store credit.
Why We Work This Way: By not building potential return costs into our prices, we're able to offer Archive 24 pieces at the most honest price we can. You only pay for the logistics that belong to your order.
