Warranty Policy

Each timepiece is crafted with care, meant to be worn, cherished, and passed through many moments. Still, life happens. If something goes amiss, we’re here.

Your piece is covered by a warranty for 18 months from the date it finds its way to you.

This warranty covers:

Any manufacturing faults or functional issues
Movement defects
Unexpected hiccups that aren’t caused by everyday wear and tear

It doesn’t cover:

Scratches, wear from love and time
Water damage (unless your piece is marked water-resistant)
Mishaps from accidents, falls, or repairs done outside our care

If you believe your piece needs attention, simply email us at hello@archive-24.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos always help too.
