Order Processing & Shipping
We ship worldwide with our trusted carriers. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Your timepiece will typically ship within 1-4 business days.
packaging and gifting
Every piece arrives in our signature packaging, designed to feel like something worth keeping. It is gift-ready from the moment it reaches you.
Each box comes with our postage stamp with your name written on it. If you’re sending this as a gift, we’re happy to personalize it. Simply add the recipient’s name before checkout, or email us at hello@archive-24.com right after placing your order.
When will i get my pre-order
Our watches are produced in small batches, which means pre-order pieces take a little longer to prepare.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipment. Each piece is finished with care. We promise it will be worth the wait.

Order Cancellation
We get it - sometimes minds (and hearts) change.
If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@archive-24.com with your order number. If your piece hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
Once it's on its way, changes and cancellations unfortunately won’t be possible.
How do I choose the right size for my Archive 24 timepiece?
Finding the right fit is a bit like finding the right rhythm, it should feel just right, not too snug, not too loose.
To help you measure your wrist with ease, we’ve created a size guide. In there you will find a printable PDF — All you’ll need is a printer, some scissors, and a quiet moment.

What is covered under my warranty
Each timepiece is crafted with care, meant to be worn, cherished, and passed through many moments. Still, life happens. If something goes amiss, we’re here.
Your piece is covered by a warranty for 18 months from the date it finds its way to you.
This warranty covers:
- Any manufacturing faults or functional issues
- Movement defects
- Unexpected hiccups that aren’t caused by everyday wear and tear
It doesn’t cover:
- Scratches, wear from love and time
- Water damage (unless your piece is marked water-resistant)
- Mishaps from accidents, falls, or repairs done outside our care
