The Archive is a list of names for whom we create our timepieces. Space is limited because we produce in small batches and limited quantities, ensuring each piece is crafted with care while minimizing waste.

Every Archive 24 collection is made in limited numbers. We design this way intentionally—so each piece feels personal, unique to its moment in time. The silhouette of the collection remains constant, but colors and details evolve with each drop.

For our founding XXIV Collection, we are producing 500 in gold and 500 in chrome (silver). 

At Archive 24, we believe that luxury should feel accessible — without compromising on quality.

Our timepieces are priced between $300 and $800, reflecting the care that goes into every design. We’ve curated this range to ensure that each watch remains a meaningful investment, with a price that doesn’t feel out of reach.

Invitations are sent out at random, two weeks before a product release. Occasionally, a spot may open up between releases, and we keep a small selection of past timepieces available for Archive members.

Yes. If you choose not to make a purchase when invited, your name remains on the waitlist. You may receive another invitation when spots open again.

Once you’ve secured your place in the archive by making your first purchase, you remain a member with access to all future releases.

We occasionally make our pieces available to the public through the Public Library.

Once you have your wrist size, you can refer to our size guide to see which fit we recommend. If you’re between sizes, consider how you like to wear your watch—closer like a bracelet, or with a little room to breathe.

Your timepiece is more than an object—it’s a keeper of moments, a quiet witness to the life you’re living. A little care goes a long way in keeping it close for years to come.

01 — Keep it dry
Unless your timepiece is water-resistant, best to keep it away from showers, pools, and stormy days. A splash may not spell disaster, but over time, water can quietly wear things down.

02 — Store it softly
When it’s not on your wrist, rest it somewhere safe—away from sharp corners, direct sunlight, and anything that might jostle it. Its box makes a lovely little haven.

03 — Gentle cleaning
Use a soft cloth (microfiber is perfect) to wipe down your timepiece now and then. No harsh chemicals—just a little love and a light touch.

04 — Avoid magnets & bumps
Strong magnetic fields can disrupt the movement. So can a hard knock or drop. We know life gets busy, but try to keep it out of gym bags and away from laptops, just in case.

05 — When in doubt, ask
If anything feels off—timekeeping seems inconsistent, something looks loose, or you’re just unsure—we’re here. We’d rather you ask than worry.

A timepiece, like anything worth keeping, needs a little care. But more than that, it thrives on being part of your story—weathered, worn, and well-loved.

Each timepiece is crafted with care—meant to be worn, cherished, and passed through many moments. Still, life happens. If something goes amiss, we’re here.

Your piece is covered by a warranty for 18 moons (that’s a year and a half, give or take a few dreamy nights) from the date it finds its way to you.

This warranty covers:

• Any manufacturing faults or functional issues
• Movement defects
• Unexpected hiccups that aren’t caused by everyday wear and tear

It doesn’t cover:

• Scratches, wear from love and time
• Water damage (unless your piece is marked water-resistant)
• Mishaps from accidents, falls, or repairs done outside our care

We’ll assess your timepiece and let you know the next steps—repairs, replacements, or whatever’s needed to set things right. Time will do its thing. We’ll be here when it needs a little tending.

We get it—sometimes minds (and hearts) change.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@archive-24.com with your order number. If your piece hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to catch it in time.

Once it's on its way, changes and cancellations unfortunately won’t be possible.

Depending on where you are, local taxes or import duties may apply to your order. These fees are determined by your country’s regulations. We include this tax in your final checkout price, so there are no surprises when your timepiece arrives.

The short answer: everywhere.

We ship worldwide through our trusted partner, DHL, so no matter where you are, your timepiece can find its way to you.

Occasionally, our own travels take us to different corners of the world—and when they do, we’re happy to hand-carry timepieces to nearby customers to help save on shipping costs. Think of it as a little serendipity.

We know the wait can feel like its own kind of time—so we do everything we can to get your timepiece to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Once your order is placed, please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your piece with care and send it on its way.

Shipping times vary depending on where you are in the world and the method chosen, but generally, it takes between 5–14 business days to arrive.
